i'm been catching up since i returned from indonesia. here is a woman demonstrating traditional handmade javanese batik.tomorrow is my spinning and dyeing class!! finally. i feel like a little kid waiting for christmas. i am very excited, if you can't tell!

I am so happy I ran into your blog. I just opened a weaving and spinning store in Los Angeles, Stick and Stone Fiberarts. I love natural dyeing and shibori and will be traveling in Japan for 1 month in July. I would love to take some classes in Japan. Can you please help me with information. Thank you very much.
